"The staff were all very friendly, Aicha on reception was very kind and upgraded us to a quieter room away from the main road, which was appreciated a lot. The breakfast had a large variety and one of the waiters went out of his way to get my son Nutella which was fantastic customer service. Haja and Lamiae helped us arrange activities at quad biking and DaniaLand theme park. Overall a really enjoyable stay, thank you to all the staff."

"Room was great, couldn’t complain. Understanding it is currently a heatwave AC will struggle and only place to cool down was lobby. Would have been great if pool times were extended due to heat. Activities - didn’t really see anything apart from water volleyball nor was I once approached and asked if I’d like to join. Been told that due the heat, only water sports and stretching is happening. Staff were excellent through out the stay! On to the hotel food - breakfast, lunch, snacks were fine...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Cigale Tabarka. L’hôtel est magnifique, les infrastructures sont au top et le service est vraiment à la hauteur. ​Le seul bémol a été la mer, qui s'est montrée très agitée pendant presque tout notre séjour. Heureusement, nous avons quand même réussi à en profiter le jour de notre départ ! Malgré cela, le cadre reste exceptionnel et nous avons pu pleinement nous détendre grâce aux piscines et à la qualité des services de l'hôtel."

"Staff were kind and good tasted perfect just felt a little let down since I took the family for lunch in the hotel and was waiting for room to be ready and no one let me know the room was ready until I actually went and asked also with laundry service some stains weren’t removed required dry cleaning so I paid for the service twice but overall perfect place to stay staff are perfect they are all so friendly and helpful the room was very spacious with beautiful views of the Nile"
