"I personally wouldn’t rate this resort as a 5-star establishment as it fell below my expectations. The food was disappointing and the cutlery was not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. The bed was uncomfortable, and I also found the cleanliness of the room to be below an acceptable standard.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself was set in lovely surroundings, with a pleasant layout and...

"The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman"

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mogador Agdal in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture and decor that really captures the charm of the city. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of food. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and supportive, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable, even though the weather was a little cool during our visit. One small thing that could be improved is adding a couple of...
