"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

"The hotel is a large resort with three pools and beach area. Very clean rooms. AC worked well. Two pillow choices which I appreciated. Mini fridge in room is nice to keep water cool. Loud music at one pool, which I don’t like, but the other adult pool is calm and quieter. Nice kids pool area. Buffet breakfast was a huge selection. Very nice. Close to walk to mall (across street), restaurants and stores. Safe at night. "

"This is a beautiful property just 30mins from marrakech which is an oasis of relaxation that looks like a palace set in olive gardens away from the hustle and bustles with the most attentive staff. Excellent transfers from and to airport which they contacted us ahead of time to organise without any prompting. Nothing was too much effort and they always thought of things ahead. Best service have ever experienced and the room with plunge pool was so well thought out in terms of space and luxury....

"The Giza Hotel View Inn is a great option only 2 minutes walk from Giza Pyramid entrance. Room is clean but basic but, if available, get room with patio as views of sphinx and pyramids is amazing. The rooftop restaurant is great....perfect for the nightly light show. "

"The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back!
