"For elderly guests, mooring can be quite challenging. You have to position the boat exactly aligned to the shore. Then you have to tie 4 heavy ropes to several trees or bollards.
Otherwise, the boat is quite roomy and luxurious."

"Tried to cancel or reschedule about two weeks before our booking, but we were refused both.
Was most disappointed that there was no ability to reschedule or for a partial refund. Based on my less than pleasant experience with the contact at Pacific Jemm & Expedia, even though I did not stay at the property, I paid for it, so I'm entitled to review it and I felt the correspondence was quite unpleasant.
Also, take note of the check in times (14:30-16:30) and check out time (09:30) as they...
