"Staff was incredible. Excellent communication and it helps that they have people fluent in English. Room authentic old school Japanese but up to date. Very unique experience and well worth it. "
"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."
