"Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais celle-ci était très agréable. Je tiens à signaler la gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont plusieurs proposé gratuitement de nous amené sur les lieux que nous souhaitions visité car il pleuvait ce jour là. Bien que la barrière de la langue était un peu présente, cela nous a pas empêché d'échanger un peu. Je tiens à signaler que le lieu en lui même est assez ancien. Cela peu sûrement gêner certaines personnes qui s'attendent à la prestation d'un hôtel standard...

"The hotel staffs didn’t have real Japanese hospitality and couldn’t speak English well. They were very rigid and usually say sorry which didn’t mean real sorry. We bought one champagne and would like to pair with Kaiseki food. The manager didn’t give us compliment for corkage charge though we had a group of five people. Every ryokan that we stayed they were very flexible and more friendly. "
