"Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! We had an amazing time and were really sad to leave. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and we loved the hot tub in our room. A truly incredible stay for families - we really hope to come back one day!"

"The place and location is beautiful. Rooms were big and amenities were accessible. FYI this place caters for locals and if you’re looking for adventurers, food sampling and authenticity this is the place for you. No Western or American breakfast here but I can promise you this… all thru the 3 nights we stayed here Breakfast and Dinner was awesome , delicious and we really enjoyed the food and the service as well. "酒店員工／主人非常友善 服務非常好。 門口有停車場。 酒店乾淨舒適。 不過要共用洗手間 浴場有一個正在維修 洗澡需要安排 一泊兩食 cp值非常高 食物品質非常滿意。 步行5分鐘到平野沙灘 觀賞富士山。"

"他の方の口コミを読んだうえで利用しましたが、全体的にとても満足できる滞在でした。周辺の宿と比べても、朝食付きで比較的きれいなお部屋に泊まれ、さらに温泉まで利用できることを考えると、かなりリーズナブルだと思います。 お風呂の利用時間についても、特に「絶対に朝風呂に入りたい」というわけではなかったので、不便は感じませんでした。お湯の温度も、熱すぎるお風呂が苦手な私にはちょうど良かったです。 ただ、女風呂の露天風呂はかなり冷たく入れないほどだった。また、水圧も弱めだったようです。 それでも、子どもたちは「また来たい！」と口をそろえて言っており、家族全員で楽しく過ごせました。"
