"Amazing oasis in Santo Amaro. The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, great A/C and hot water pressure. It does work like a hotel the staff go in and change towels, remove gargage. The breakfast was varied ans delicious. They also set up the tours which were amazing. The only thing they need to improve is in the internet connections in the rooms as it was spotty or unavailable. I would recommmend to anyone. I loved my stay there."

"Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights.
The fixtures need an upgrade.
The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night.
The TV was not clear/snowy screen.
This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery.
The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it.
Staff was helpful in the breakfast department.
Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do.
Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request."

"La hostería esta un poco alejada de todo, sin carro hay que llamar un taxi para todo. Hay pocas opciones de transporte.
El.personal es sumamente amable y servicial.
La arquitectura del lugar es agradable pero las habitaciones son un poco viejas, son espaciosas."
