"At the moment of arrival you can tell how clean and well maintained the entire property is. The pools, room, bars, restaurants were all spotless. Crews constantly cleaning everything. We had such a great time, the food was varied, delicious and well prepared. The drink service both bar and poolside never left us wanting anything else. The entertainment was fun in the pools, yet we were able to relax and have peace and quiet in our swim up. We are thrilled that we chose to visit"

"Stay 5 nights in this hotel, staff service is great, they speak Spanish and English both, check in service very smooth and easy, after you book the hotel, they do send your complimentary airport shuttle booking link that you can fill it up, and you receive the voucher shortly. From cancun international airport to the hotel is about 1hour drive, room is very clean, and they do have kitchen in the room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am everyday, very close the Xscaret park and Playa de carmen...

"Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....

"Extremely well maintained and kept. We we're looking for a lux and relaxing place to getaway and this place was just what we were hoping for. Food was good, service was great, the biggest downside I get was the beach but maybe that was due to the time of year as well. But it wasn't the most scenic shoreline. Also the nightly entertainment was almost too low key as well but that also may have been due to time of year. Overall, extremely happy withy our stay. "
