Very clean rooms we stayed for more than 4 nights and had our rooms cleaned everyday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very diverse and has lots of options . Very happy with this hotel , would stay here again!

The room and the staff were fantastic. However they only gave you one bottle of water upon check-in and no more unless you purchased it at a very high cost. You had to walk or take a taxi to the nearest store in order to get drinking water to last me for my 2 week stay.

The soap is very cool. I also really like the moisturizer I love the breakfast three times. I ate the quesadilla and I like the bathroom so much. It’s nice and special and there’s lots of desks to put my stuff. There is lots of space. It’s next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. The check in line was so so long. My kids also watched Tom and Jerry. Oh one good thing is there’s plenty of parking!

Rooms were very clean! Staff was excellent left money out to tip cleaning and they didn't take it trusted them not to take anything. Breakfast was very good we stayed for 12 days so more variety would have been nice but still very good. Roof top pool was rarely busy often got it all to ourselves which was awesome would absolutely reccomend staying here. Location is good will just want a scooter or a bike or something if you plan on exploring playa del Carmen many days in a row can turn into a lot of walking. We were supposed to have golf included however booked through Expedia and did not get to golf at the hard Rock so be aware of that if you plan on golfing

Stay 5 nights in this hotel, staff service is great, they speak Spanish and English both, check in service very smooth and easy, after you book the hotel, they do send your complimentary airport shuttle booking link that you can fill it up, and you receive the voucher shortly. From cancun international airport to the hotel is about 1hour drive, room is very clean, and they do have kitchen in the room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am everyday, very close the Xscaret park and Playa de carmen downtown, about 6-10mins drive, taxi easy to book, there is also a grocery store SORIANA and Starbucks close by, which about 6mins walk. They also have a MTS tour desk in the lobby from 8am to 4pm, that you can also book the day trip if you want visit chichen itza, Tulum, Xscaret park etc. Overall is good.

Rooms are clean. A/C works. Close to PDC and Xcaret. We used a vehicle to move around. Basic buffet but worked for our family with two kiddos of 3 and 6 yrs of age. Kitchen area worked well. Overall good experience.

The breakfast ran out of coffee almost every morning, the poor 1 staff had to clean and replenish food , they had no juice , they ran out of fruit and bread , the pool is nice , no umbrellas, the rooms are nice size but getting the room cleaned was a challenge, the front desk manger was not trying to be helpful, he also advised us that there is no vip , very confusing since this was one of the reasons i booked the hotel , the gym is ok but the sun hits the windows in the morning and there is no blinds , so impossible to work out in the mornings, plus there is no water in the gym , when i asked for water no one did anything about it , the laundry is nice option, and the parking is nice as well , don’t buy anything in there little store bought ice cream for a small container they charged 300 pesos,

Room was similar to a studio apt. Very large for a hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Only thing we didn't like was the entrance to the hotel from the street. Last minute sign on a busy street which made you miss it and have to drive a couple of miles to try again

We had a great stay at the property! We were a bit worried due to the location being a bit far from downtown except there was an excellentwell lit path right from the hotel to the strip. It was an easy 20-30 minute walk or a faster bike ride. We rented bikes and took them everywhere hotel had a bike rack in parking however it could use a bit of an upgrade as was falling apart. Room was great as well as the rooftop being the major highlight. Would be amazing if the rooftop bar was open but could bring own food/drinks up instead. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a great non all inclusive stay in Playa!

The property is very clean. Room attendants made sure that the room was very clean on a daily basis and gave you fresh new towels everyday. Rooms were bigger than regular hotels. It had a full kitchen with a big fridge and came equipped with a stove, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, coffe maker, etc. Only about a 5 minutes drive from Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses as well as other attractions. Will definitely reserve again in the future. By the way, very minimum carpet area in the room. Only under the beds and sofa so no moldy or humid smell in the room. Plenty of space in the room for 4 people with 2 actual queen beds. Unlike other hotels that advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually full beds.
