"We had a few minor hiccups but overall the ground staff were excellent. We did 2 out of 3 of our party experience some travellers flu symptoms on different days/nights so that was a little unfortunate but these things happen. The restaurants booked up very fast. We wanted a day to walk around look at the menus as we checked I. Late in day 1 but by the middle of day 2 the restaurants we wanted were all booked. However, the buffet is excellent so we have no complaints regarding the food. Pools were clean. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you to Derrick our concierge and the rest of the hotel for an overall excellent week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya we’ll be back!"

The only spot that missed the mark for me was the Mexican restaurant — felt a little too boujee with ingredients instead of highlighting authentic flavors. But that’s me being picky because everything else? Absolute fire. Honestly, Hilton surprised me in the best way possible. Luxury, family comfort, and unforgettable memories all in one place.
