The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay special. As we booked with Expedia we had our own concierge to assist with meal bookings and any other questions and help we needed. They were exceedingly helpful and quick to respond. The food was actually much better than expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property. Beach not swimable due to the seasonal seaweed (we were ok with swimming in the pools, including the salt water one). Wildlife animals and nightly kids shows & activities made up for it. Service was top notch

We stayed in a junior suite at the White Sands in Mexico and had a fantastic experience. The resort offered a great mix of fun and relaxation — lively nightlife for the adults and plenty of activities to keep the kids happy. I highly recommend booking in the Family Section; the food options were noticeably better, and the beach area was cleaner and quieter compared to other parts of the resort. Perfect spot for both family time and some adult enjoyment!

Property and people there are great. If you are looking to go to the beach you can not! Lots of seaweed.,Cannot get in the water. That’s what we go for is the beach and water. Had to sit by the pool everyday. They do have pool activities and music so that was good.

The property was beautiful and well taken care of. We were not impressed with the food. The best part was the breakfast buffet and the meal that was not included in the all inclusive. The staff was all very accommodating.

Great resort. Friendly staff and very helpful. The beach was nice but this time of year the sargassum was a bit of a mess. But the resort staff worked their best to clear as much as they could. Especially at the Family Selection area

Raul Ocampo was my personal concierge from Expedia. He was extremely helpful in helping me plan my daughter’s bday, and anything I needed for my stay. He was helpful, kind and accommodating. The food at the hotel wasn’t good, it’s very bland except for a few restaurants. Customer service was top notch, my family and I got treated like royalty. The food is missing seasoning and the beach got taken over by seaweed.
