Good customer service, the room always clean , I wish the breakfast they change a bit stayed there for 3 weeks the breakfast always the food every day, but overall it’s nice to stay and close to shopping and dining.

This hotel was so great! We loved having a view of the Shinkansen trains coming and going right out our window - but was completely soundproof to the outside! And being just across the street from Kyoto station was amazing - so easy to get anywhere then back again, and so many wonderful dining options just across the street! The buffet breakfast was also surprisingly good!
