"Room was just below penthouse restaurant, noise all the way through till 11.30pm had a 7 month old baby refusing to sleep due to noise. Room was 25⁰ it was so hot and the very minimal window opening was not sufficient. Breakfast was amazing as expected. Pool was nice too, staff amazing they are a credit to the hotel."

"A hotel with a bit of history a stones throw from Plymouth Hoe. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and although there are no lifts it wasn’t too much of an effort to reach my top floor room. Breakfast was freshly made with a menu catering for all tastes and requirements. there was a buffet breakfast available too. At night there is a bar which you can use instead of sitting in your room. Evening meals can be found in the area with a variety of restaurants or you can order in. Parking is either at the hotel if you book in advance or is available in the street. Payment is by phone or an app. I will rebook again if I return to Plymouth."

"Easy & efficient check-in, I was lucky to grab a car parking space at the front of the hotel. Due to steps within the front foyer, I had to bring my bags around to a rear entrance & take a lift to the main floor, once I had checked in. My room was spacious with a interesting "alcove" at the headboard, with easy access for switching on the rooms lights. My only niggle was the lack of white bread at breakfast, I prefer to make my own food preferences, not have them made for me. The place was within a easy 5- 10 minute walk to Plymouth Arena."
