"The rooms were clean and spacious. It was great to have AC. There’s not one drawer in the room and only a skinny area with 4 hangers. Also if you check in at 3 you’ve missed getting your room cleaned/freshened the next day as you need to let them know by noon. No phone in the room so if you only have 1 towel for 2 people or no extra coffee you’re walking to the front desk to let them know. Overall I’d book again knowing I’m living out of my suitcase."

"The hotel was a very pleasant surprise, with a small but comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The bathroom was very good, again spotless, with lovely towels, and an excellent shower. Breakfast was cooked fresh, with reasonable choice, and very good service by pleasant staff. Indeed, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, which with the fairly central location in the city, was a big plus. I'd recommend this hotel without any hesitation."

"The hotel is brand new and well located. But I found the service lacking a bit. There was no-one at reception when I arrived to check in. The receptionist showed up 5-10 minutes later. Throughout my stay the receptionist was on the phone constantly and barely said hello. There was a fire alarm the next morning at 7am in my room. I barely got an apology for what was actually a "test". Then I complained about the tub which is extremely slippery and dangerous to get in and out. Was told there were...
