"We ended up having a super late check in but everyone was great. From the valet to the front desk to the bellhop specifically Miguel who helped me with my bags. The location is amazing, it is in a very busy area but inside the rooms you can't hear anything from outside. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Manhattan. The only thing you should know is if you valet your car allow them 90 minutes to get it for you. "
