It was my first time using a fold-out bed, so I was surprised at first, but the staff set it up for me, which was a great help. Very nice and well furnished hotel. Very nice and welcoming staff. The hotel was very noisy though. I've heard loud bassy techno music coming from Pier 17 concerts every night (6 to 10pm) and doors slamming in the hallways.
