"Very great location and surrounded by restaurant and attractions."

"Foi uma otima escolha! Recomendamos!"

"Good location. Small rooms."

"The room was clean, staff is helpful, nice, and always available. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at in NYC, and I’ll definitely go back."

"There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again."

"A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

"The property is aware of complaints resulting from the facility fee, but isn't trying to clarify the hidden fee. When explanation was requested, they didn't offer to waive the fee (charged per day, not per stay), they only offered to cancel the booking. Expedia is not clear that this fee is mandatory and billed separately."

"As advertised. Only issue was there was a boiler problem and no hot water for the first three nights of our stay and Kasa was not initially forthcoming with an adequate refund."

"Logement idéalement situé. Équipement sommaire mais reste fonctionnel. Propre et bonne literie."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."

"the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty"

"Everything was ok, good price-quality"

"Unusual place. All was good. Sam at the desk was very helpful."

"On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again."

"Expedia do not have proper address of this location. I staguld a lot to find out this address.. please call owner as soon as u book ..else you will roming arund the building with no address.."
