"I was a solo female traveler put on the ground level where everyone could see me clearly coming and going by myself. When I requested a upper level room I was told that was the only room in my category even though the hotel was only at 10% capacity. I bring my own towels and they don't look anything like the hotel towels and the housekeeper must have taken my towel because when I went to use it, it was gone and I had just used it that morning before they came to clean the room. The room smelled...

"It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was so genuine and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. We felt very safe and secure the entire stay. Would 100% recommend."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped me move things around when my flight was delayed by a day. The only issue I had was the lock on our door was broken. However, when we alerted staff they put a new lock in the door and our vacation kept moving right along!."

"Had a great time at Grand Caribe. Staff was excellent. Property has a lot of great ammediates."

"The tile in the showers were chipped a little bit. Saw some rust near the drains. The view was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. We had ants in our kitchen and housekeeping took care of the problem immediately once notified."

"It was a beautiful place. The rooms were very close to the ocean and had amazing views. The staff were helpful."

"What I like was the quiet and secluded location. but the hotel is tired looking and needs maintenance. the saving grace is the staff led by the manager who was sensational! She was kind, always present comma and ready to solve a problem with the great attitude. You are lucky to have her!"

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After checking in and signing a ton of non refundable documents, I was informed when"

"Really clean and lovely"

"This place is the ultimate place in san Pedro for a solid relax and rest vacation. I found sand and sky on Expedia after looking for a peaceful location outside of town. It consists of just 6 caisitas on the beach and because of that, the quality and hospitality is truly next level. The room itself is not only visually stunning on the outside but it's cozy on the inside. A comfortable bed, beautiful sun lit shower, and it's extremely clean !!! The owner Ronna went above and beyond when it came...

"This property is nice, but felt like it needed spruced up. It was decently clean, but little things were out of order or broken, like the little beach huts not having working lights, or the tile in our bathroom lifting and wobbling. The staff were great though."

"Everything was great. The staff is awesome. Food is great. Can’t say enough about this resort but what a wonderful resort"

"I loved that there was a shop on property which was more like a supermarket and household store which sold everything from souvenirs to children's toys! There was a cafe inside the store as well selling a variety of hot and cold beverages including the usual coffees and teas but also bubble teas, smoothies plus pastries and nibbles. The rooftop restaurant was good also. The restaurant staff was attentive without being overbearing, the food and drinks were good, the service was fast and the...
