"Great place to stay!!!"

"In all honesty the resort was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in traveling. When going to a tropical area, and after seeing pictures of the clearest blue water and when you arrive and the waters brown filled with sargasm (seaweed) that looks like boulders and absolutely stinks to the high heavens there’s a problem! Not one person from reef haven reached out directly to me to let us know about the issue with the resort closing their beach down. Pictures show snorkeling, clear water and...

"The resort is beautiful and the casita was very well laid out. The only negative about the room was the couch and chairs were pretty uncomfortable. Also, be aware the casitas have several steps going between living room and kitchen; kitchen and bedroom, and then bedroom and bathroom, so be careful of tripping. Also, the web site does state it, but you have to look, during slow season the indoor restaurant is closed, so the only option is the pool bar or driving the golf cart to another...

"It was a nice stay. cons are: I kept getting kickoff the wifi. Every room should have a t.v for children and adults that don't go to the bars or night life. Not that much so=un around pool because of all the trees. Beautiful place and wonderful staff."

Piscina le falta mantenimiento, es obscura y el piso del fondo no tan limpio… no se ven las gradas, peligro para los pies… parqueo en terreno baldío… cerca del water taxi y otros puntos de interés en ciudad de belize como restaurantes, parque y tiendas. Lo recomiendo mas para adultos o ejecutivos, familias con niños tal vez no es el mejor lugar."

"Ms.Ronna was AMAZING! I was solo traveling for the first time, and she helped me to feel welcomed and safe! She was also very resourceful in regards to local restaurants, excursions, and transportation options. The views were beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful. "It was an okay stay for one night , they had helpful and friendly staff , I was kind of disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room, and the dinning down stairs don’t offer much diversity to there menu I was expecting some Belize cuisine on the menu but it was only Chinese food. And also I think the airport shuttle should be free for guest, charging $30 for a 10 minute ride to the Airport is ridiculous."
