"Positive: Breathtaking view, luxurious room and bathroom, very helpful and respectful staff, great fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna, close and easy access to park and lakes, Lotte malls, food court, cafes and restaurants. Negative: Hardly any other than that our toilet seat cover didn't open automatically and the use of sauna is not complimentary. Note: We didn't dine at the hotel because there were many dining options nearby."

"We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary...
