The location is ideal, close to Coex Mall, restaurants, Gangnam Style Statue, Gangnam Park, etc. The breakfast is very good, the staff very nice and attentive, they allowed us to check in earlier the day we arrived. The Premier Suite is beautiful, big, great view of the city and the Han river. I would come back again.

Loved everything about the property. The only downside was that I thought the bed would have been a little more comfortable but the property itself was amazing. The big Mall is right under you so it’s very convenient for shopping and dinning. The staff was amazing, very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Seoul. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean, polished, and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and provided a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was truly one of the best I have ever experienced, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also ordered room service and was very pleased with the quality of the food and the overall service. The staff members were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel is also conveniently located near an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, and other attractions, making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Westin Seoul offered an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, attentive service, great food, and a prime location. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Seoul.

The spacious room and the clean, thoughtfully prepared amenities made the stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who made the experience especially enjoyable. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be nice to have a more affordable dining option within the hotel. That said, with so many great restaurants and shops just downstairs at COEX Mall, it’s completely understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant two-week stay.
