This hotel is situated at a very convenient location . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good service provided by them . All my requests were acceded to very promptly. The hotel is clean and safe. I will definitely come back to stay here again .

Simply fabulous !

The location was fabulous! Great for shopping and restaurants, hair spas and clinics. Room were so nice and we loved the club lounge. That broccoli juice that was served was so refreshing and delicious ! Please share the recipe with your guests !!! Breakfast was a good spread at the main dining hall although slightly limited for vegetarians. Breakfast at the lounge would be better if they had more varieties. A special mention to their concierge Jack who helped us with recommendations and bookings. He was so insightful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul.
