The SIGNIEL Seoul is a 6-star hotel for a reason. The attentiveness to customer service and excellent is bar none. The rooms were breathtaking and were cozy yet effortless luxurious. The staff were very friendly and took care of all of our needs. A stay at this hotel should be a numbered wonder of the world. I definitely plan to visit again.

Highly recommend this property. It was just what we needed at the end of long days out exploring. Amazing service and friendly staff. Whilst a little out of the way from the main suburbs the surrounding area was great for shopping, food and site seeing - we will definately be staying again

One of the best amenities they had was the Sauna. But it wasn’t included with the room and had to pay extra, unlike last time I stayed there. When it came to using other amenities like the gym, I didn’t know what was included and what wasn’t. Definitely less relaxing than in the past. Spending almost $600/night, I don’t feel it was worth the price. Other amenities like refreshments and snack were still included.

The best location for me with vast city panorama from my room and excellent room service to enjoy all in privacy. Across from a charming lake and waking path with a beergarden to sit and people watch. In the same tower there is a fabulous Michelin restaurant. All staff were friendly and efficient.
