"We had a wonderful stay at AVA Resort Cancun. We arrived a few days early to enjoy the resort as a family before a company convention, and both experiences were amazing. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax and recharge. Room service was excellent—fast, reliable, and consistently delicious. The pool was a standout feature: the temperature was perfect, and there were so many fun activities throughout the day. Our family especially loved the floating obstacle course—it was such a fun and unique experience. We also enjoyed kayaking and spending time together at the F1 simulator and arcade, which our son absolutely loved. I especially want to highlight the Ava Kids Club, as they truly made our experience so much easier. Our 6-year-old is naturally shy and usually hesitant in new environments, but the staff made him feel so welcome that he wanted to go back every single day. They were incredibly attentive and engaging, and we really appreciated how safe and secure the facility is. It gave us complete peace of mind to enjoy time as a couple and attend company events child-free. Honestly, we would come back to this resort for this reason alone. A special thank you to Andrea, Ivon, Grecia, Anne, Rebe, Yadi, and Laura—you all work so hard and are amazing with the kids. Thank you for making our son feel comfortable and safe. If I had one small criticism, it would be that there isn’t much of a beach, but the pool made up for it."

"Had a great stay at Moon Palace Nizuc. Huge shoutout to Cesar at the pool who literally helped me with everything, he was always quick to bring a drink or food item when empty handed and any information I asked this guy had an answer. Seriously, I have stayed at a few spots and this pool bartender Cesar was the best host I have ever had the experience with. I would go back here just for that alone."

The rooms are quite spacious, so it was disappointing to see two double beds instead of queens; that change would make this place a 10/10."
