Patricia was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast great. It is in the outskirts of Cancun and very quiet and bad roads to drive. For us it was a perfect stay close to the airport.

The woman was extremely nice and helpful. It is different than what I am used to as far as locking a door but it worked out great I was traveling alone with my daughters and we felt completely safe.

The place is clean, comfortable, and the Mexican food Patrica ordered for delivery was excellent. I can’t say enough positive if you are looking for a clean affordable place to stay in Cancun, Patricia has just the place. She even drove us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

It was difficult to find because it was on a dirt road and not a lot of signage. However once we found the place it was delightful! Very clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was outstanding. Parking easy. Breakfast in the morning was toast and jam and a plate of delightful fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay there again

Perfect one-night stay

This was the perfect one-night stay before we left for the airport. Patricia was an excellent host and communicator. She messaged to provide the specific address and confirm our time of arrival. She arranged for us to order food when we arrived in the evening, booked a taxi for us in the morning and even improvised an ice bucket for the drinks we'd bought! The room was fine for a one-night stay, a light yet tasty breakfast was provided and it's only a 10-min drive to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again thanks to the warm welcoming and homely feel Patricia provides.

Patricia was an excellent host for our family of seven.. We had two rooms and she and her family took very good care of us.. it felt a little like staying with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable and decent size, the kitchen and sitting area is shared and pleasant. The road getting there was in medium rough shape just so you're aware but that can't be helped. Any car can do it. There really isn't much retail or visitor amenities nearby so not much traffic down the road so it's a bit if a retreat in that way. She helped us figure out dinner and transport back to the airport. If you need a quiet rest out of the busy areas their villa rooms are a solid option.

This place is not bad. But it is situated in a residential area close to nothing. Because of this it was a little scary. But other than noise of a large family next to complex having a gathering we had no problems. The owner is real nice and accommodating.
