Incredible value and 5-Star staff! A 2-minute walk from the outlet and 15 minute drive from the international airport this modern hotel was ideally placed and priced for our family of 4 completing our holiday in Mexico. The restaurant, bar and pool were wonderful amenities that were actually resort level. My kiddos loved the pool and outdoor pool, while my husband and I were grateful for the restaurant and bar conveniently on the first floor. Will definitely be our go-to airport selection.

The rooms were clean. The staff were polite. The level of service was challenging because they were very full. There were no extra pillows or extra blankets available at all. The airport shuttle was full, even though we were told it would be available. So we had to make other arrangements that was disruption to our trip. Although the staff they had a very we don’t care that much attitude. Just getting through the day trying to be nice enough to avoid conflict. It should be noted that you cannot drink or use the water from the taps at this location like other hotels in the hotel zone so we were obligated to buy bottles of water from the bar. They tried to convince us that they only took cash at the hotel bar, which was odd after some push, pushing we were allowed to sign it to our room. This made us feel a bit uneasy with the level of trust in the staff.

Avani has been amazing it will now be the hotel we stay at for the beginning of our trips in Cancun. Diego working the front desk is awesome so kind and friendly. Rooms are great and super clean. Highly recommend it. The bartenders were also so fantastic.
