"Amazing staff. Spacious rooms. Food leaves a lot to be desired. A few good things but overall just not great quality. The resort is noisy. There is nowhere to escape all the noise. Not even your room. No adults only area or quiet area at all. If you are a beach person this side of cancun is not it. There is an abundance of seaweed that comes ashore daily and you can’t escape it. It’s excessive and there is a tractor that tries to mulch it all day so the shoreline and ocean are unusable. I would not return. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. However, the activities for kids were limited. The water park was amazing but kids club seemed more suitable for very young children, and my kids didn’t really enjoy them. The GameUp was also quite expensive — $15 for 30 minutes. The pools were good overall, but the water in one of them was not very clear. I really liked the breakfast. Lunch was okay, and for dinner I especially enjoyed the steakhouse restaurant. Overall, it’s a good place for families with children. As Expedia clients, we had access to a special section in the Gourmet restaurant, but we never used it because it was very dark. We were also given a $300 credit as Expedia guests, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it. Every time I tried to use it, they offered other promotions instead."
