"The staff were extremely accommodating - we arrived late (2am) and they still had no issue with checking us in! They were so helpful with informing us about the area and things to do. Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here. We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless. Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once! Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from. The bed is so comfortable and the hotel is so central. Overall, an amazing experience, with the staff really being the highlight. "

"The junior suite was very spacious, clean, and had a great city view from the 27th floor! The rooftop pools were very nice as well. You can see the city while swimming. Highly recommend! "
