"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. "
