"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

"Finally we could not check in this hotel as very complicated that system. We were wearing about two hours at the business center reception. They demanded our personal information by Line before check in and then we submitted but they don't reply nothing after done it. Finally we could not stay this accomodations. This was the worst that I have experienced with Expedia."

"The room’s size, cleanliness, and staff service were all excellent. Since there are no large facilities nearby, shopping requires some travel, but the property has a convenience store on-site, so you can still get all the essentials"

"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"Beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast, exceptional staff. What a great find!! Room was super quiet. Looks like it is brand new. Bed very comfortable. The staff is the best I have seen in a long, long time. Highly recommend. "

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The reception desk provided instructions on places to visit in Hanoi as well as assisting in travelling to Sapa. Due to the typhoon at the time, travel to other parts of northern Vietnam were limited however the reception desk were able to contact the bus agency to determine the conditions to Sapa. Would book again!"

The Oriental Jade Hotel

"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
