"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. "I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! "The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. "Ok on plus points the room was like a wooden hut with balcony outside. I really liked it and it was clean with firm but comfortable mattress. The shared shower was reasonable with hot and powerful enough showers. All rooms have padlock in which you take the key. Negative points. The rooms have no sound proofing at all.
