"The staff were extremely accommodating - we arrived late (2am) and they still had no issue with checking us in! They were so helpful with informing us about the area and things to do. Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here. We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless. Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once! Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from. The bed is so comfortable and the hotel is so central. Overall, an amazing experience, with the staff really being the highlight. "

"we had about 5 hours to stop over so booked this hotel to take a shower and some rest. they have Starbucks at the ground floor and the room was cozy. we were able to walk around the hotel and feel the vibes of vietnam before heading to another country. the shuttles service is free and convenient. you just have to contact them beforehand if you need it. "
