"Great location for our use and right in the heart of the city plus the added bonus of the hotel having its own car park. Fab welcome on arrival with complimentary drinks and the staff were very warm and friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. The room was clean and ample, but would have welcomed a small fridge perhaps. We stayed for 2 nights and the only one negative point was that our room wasn't made up when we went out during the day and had to ask Reception...

"Overall a nice stay. We stayed for 4 nights but on the second night our television in our room broke. So we raised the issue and they moved us to another room and gave us complementary breakfast which was really kind. The second room we moved to the air con isn’t get cold.
