"Molly Jenks was very helpful and efficient when I needed to upgrade from single occupancy to two people staying. The building is characterful and the room was excellent although some noise travelled from upstairs. The bathroom was brilliant for anyone with temporary or permanent mobility problems; it had a large walk in shower that was easy to operate and the bathroom was stylish a very clean. The room also had a huge, wall mounted TV which, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to watch."

"Hotel is terrific with a lovely diversity of staff from a host of nations. Friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the spa facilities were great too. Parking is very expensive so beware! Pre book and discount where you can!"
"Check in was from 3 but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30, but the staff were lovely and gave us a £15 voucher for the bar to say sorry. The bar staff were friendly, the cocktail we had was excellent. The lobby is really quirky and trendy. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was really powerful. Would stay again. "

Comfortable rooms which are lacking plug sockets , only two for the whole room . Overall a nice place to stay . "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise in a hotel. We loved having the 2 floors and separate spaces for the family. The little touches of arrival decorations with sweet treats and continental breakfast made it even more special. The location is great for a night out with plenty of bars around and only a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. Highly recommend. "
