Great stay

Great location, fab having the car park so nearby. We stayed as we were going to the theatre, it’s a 5 min walk from the theatre. Room was lovely and spacious, and a great touch having complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Superb value

Large well appointed modern hitel with beautiful Italian chain restaurant in the lobby. Overall, after initial change of rooms due to location directly opposite lifts, comfirtabke and quiet. Very minimalistic rooms and open plan bathrooms. Great location just out of city centre but in easy walking. Will stay again.

A little gem.

Excellent overnight stay for a trip to the theatre

Excellent overnight stay, we were going to a show at the Palace Theatre, which is a short walk away. Excellent hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, great amenities such as the room which was clean, well designed and very comfortable. The Gino D’Acampo restaurant which is located in the hotel has a great pre theatre menu (available up to 19:00) is good value and has enough options on to it suit everyone. Tasty, well prepared food and beverages. Overall we had a great time.

Room was a good side and bed comfy. Personally I am not keen on the shower and sink not being in a separate bathroom though. Check in was clolunky, but check out quick. Reason for 2 stars is a big fight kicked off in hotel bar at end of night, and swemwd to take a while to get it under control by security staff. Also one of the blokes that was figjted was allowed to stay at the bar afterwards, and was stood shouting and swearing at his partner for quote a while afterwards, ruining the ambience! Was nearly charged for someone else's drinks at bar... was glad I noticed. Expedia booking said 20% off one food and beverage purchase, but hotel did not recognis le this and said only 10% offered.

recommend

arrived a bit early so they let me wait till check in time, perfectly legitimate but this has never happened to me before anywhere else. Room was very comfortable, a good size and clean, It was quiet too. Parking nearby was reduced by 25%, easily accessible, modern.
