"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option.
Staff are well trained and helpful.
Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station.
Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"The only problem we had with the hotel was the hot stuffy room/
We realise that the budget price provided a budget room without AIR CON.
However we have stayed in very good 3 star hotels without this and they provide a portable fan.
Would stay here again because the pool facility is wonderful. The food was good too.
Just put a fan in the room without Air Con PLEASE"

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. We would be happy to stay again."

"Overall an alright stay at the property. I was only there for 1 night before an early flight in the morning so was an easy location for getting to the terminal. The room was really nice, there were a couple hairs on the bed, but nothing serious. Dinner was nice at the restaurant, maybe slightly more expensive than I would have thought but nice and the staff were lovely too. I did have some issues with my window facing out onto the bar as it meant there was the noise from music till later on the...

"When I booked the hotel I got the impression that there was parking there. When we arrived I went into ask where the parking was I was given a map and told to park in a residential street "5 minutes walk away". There were some public parking spaces outside and opposite the hotel (only one space opposite when we arrived) but the signs indicated it was maximum of 4 hours so we did park in one of the residential streets suggested.
