Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.There was some noise/ music from wedding being held on the same floor and could hear it over the tv, there was a good choice for breakfast but it was not very warm. Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Room spacious and more than adequate. My only grip would be that there was no mirror near the plug so really hard for a woman to be able to blow dry/style their hair. Staff very nice and super friendly. Good location with just a 2 mins walk to the tram
