Staff were friendly enough and the price was good for London, but staff directed me up the wrong flight of stairs initially (I was on the 3rd floor - no lifts). The walls feel fairly thin and you could clearly hear noise and conversations from other rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable. So all in all poor sleep.

Habitación sucia sin limpiar temporadas, el baño tenía más pelos que yo en la cabeza y las toallas limpias pues nada d nada, los edredones de la cama eran nórdicos y tenían pelos grandes negros por dentro imposible dormir con esos edredones ni los toquemos pusimos toallas nuestras para poder dormir en la camas y con ropa para no pasar frío. El olor d la habitación era d humedad y teníamos que dejar la ventana abierta siempre para poder respirar bien el ropero si metías la ropa se caía por k el suelo estaba levantada y el ropero salía hacia delante en fin no lo recomiendo para nada la tele estaba d vista por q no funcionaba y la limpiadora fue todo la días pero no limpiaba solo estiraba el edredón y tirar basura

The room was absolutely terrible. There was constant noise coming from the toilet seat due to a poor plumbing system. There was a leak of water coming from the shower, which was fixed with paper. The bedroom was extremely dirty with stains of liquids, probably human semen, on the wall next to the bed, among other terrible things.

Værelset var møgbeskidt. Der stod der var rengøring dagligt, men der var ingen rengøring under vores ophold. Andre gæster klagede ligeledes over beskidte værelser og dårlig lugt. Vinduet på værelset var i stykker, så det trak ind med meget kold luft. Billederne stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheden. Hotellet er meget slidt og ikke vedligeholdt.

Firstly the property is extremely dirty and unhygienic, it stinks, and the first 5 mins of checking in there was leak in the toilet and the smell lingered for 2 days and they did nothing about it when we asked for it multiple times, they did not clean our room when we wanted it to be cleaned, clearly the sheets weren’t washed as me and my friends got an allergic rash. There was a broken glass door of the shower just kept in a very unsafe way. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly disappointed.

It started badly from the get-go. I had notified the property that we would be arriving very late, got there it was 1:00 am. I had sent messages and called four times with no response. No surprise that when we arrived the person could barely speak English and did not understand us. They had no room key, having to use the master key which they kept. This hotel offered as space for five people. True there were five beds -two twin beds into a 12x12 space where you can barely walk around them, and an upstair loft with another twin and a full. You could not even stand upright because the ceiling was so low, everyone was slouched over. We immediately pulled back the blankets looking for bed bugs. The Linens were clean and smelled like bleach which was the only good aspect. Everything else in the room was dirty. It was a first floor room with the window open wide enough for somebody to come in. We closed it, locking the shutters. In the bathroom, there were dead bugs on the floor, shower, and stuck to the wall. Long black hair in the shower! Unfinished spackle patchwork on the bathroom wall. Young people hanging around outside, laughing and carrying on, making us very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. I immediately told the management this is unacceptable, that we were canceling and want a refund!

Broken sink tap , toilet sheet shaking up . Washroom tiles shaking and mattress was on bad condition . We ask for change the room . Front desk attendant willing to change room but owner or manager lai that he is full house . Not recommended this place . Washroom is too small .

Was okay. Rooms were tired and lacked decent amenities. Definitely looked nothing like any of the photos. Staff were helpful and friendly though. And everything was okay.

Worst hotel of my life

Si tienes otra opción, no elijas este

El hotel tienen una ubicación magnífica, en un barrio excelente, cerca de comercios y estaciones de metro. Pero luego el hotel en si es horrible. Las camas incomodisimas, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Teníamos que pedir que nos hicieran las habitaciones, y aun así un día llegamos y nos encontramos las habitaciones sucias, camas deshechas...... Otro detalle es que no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir por unas escaleras muy desgastadas y estrechas si te toca una habitación de las que están arriba. Cuando nos entregaron las habitaciones una de ellas tenía las cortinas medio caídas/descolgadas.... Pedimos que por favor nos lo arreglasen, nos dijeron que nos mandarían a alguien, aún seguimos esperándolo. Las habitaciones son calurosas y apenas tienen un pequeño ventilador, de las dos habitaciones había una en la que dormir la primera noche casi se hizo insoportable del calor que hacía. Si tienes más opciones, NO elijas este hotel. Nosotros porque fue una reserva de última hora, y aun así dando gracias por no haber encontrado ratas como otros huéspedes.
