Loved our stay. The room was spacious and fresh towels were left outside the room daily and the bin being changed as well if you chose to leave it out and you can request a room clean if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful helped us get our luggage transferred to our next hotel a very simple and easy process. Was very convenient being a very short walk to the train and there were shops nearby and just one stop away on the train was a bigger shopping area and the opposite side was one stop to Kyoto station which was incredibly convenient made for very easy transportation and being our first time in Japan it was a prefect way to get used to the trains as it was so simple but also so close to some places like Gion, Fushimi Inari and Kyoto Station and was also very easy to get to Osaka. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and spacious - comfortable for 4 travelers (with 4 beds). The bath was also a great way to relax following a long day of sightseeing. I’d take the opportunity to explore alternative options for breakfast as the buffet left much to be desired, but the overall stay was pleasant.
