Beautiful hotel. The location is prefect and the subway station is located very closed to the hotel, so catching the tubes was easy. Breakfast was delicious and they had a very wide variety for everyone. I will definitely be come back and staying here again.

I recently stayed at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I especially loved the complimentary tea and coffee bar—it was a great touch. The hotel was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Maybe my expectations were too high based on the reviews I saw but everything was just…ok. The staff weren’t rude but the service wasn’t amazing either. The hotel just lacked a bit of personality. The only thing truly subpar though was the breakfast. It amazingly mediocre without much variety at all. The location was very good and convenient though.
