Location was everything for us, just a 5 minute walk to Ninezaka area filled with beautiful streets. Kiyomizu-dera and other temples/ shrines super close by. Only a 15 minute drive to train station and Nishiki Market. Was such a good spot to stay while getting out of Tokyo for a few days.

Very helpfull and meticulously staff, decent rooms and cute roof top but mostly an excellent location near old town and many temples, from here you can beat the crowds from early morning. Highly recommended, would definitely come back.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond with hospitality and service. We appreciated the amenities at this hotel, which include a lovely lobby with a beverage machine. It was very well kept and clean, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring Kyoto.

This a beautiful hotel located in walking distance to Gion and most of the tourist spots! Also close by to bus stops if you prefer :) The service was excellent, all staff members we interacted with were super lovely! The room we selected was a great size for two of us with four suitcases 😆 check in was easy & smooth and the amenities were great too.

Friendly home base with great view

With a bus stop on multiple lines with frequent service just three minutes walk away and a marvelous view from the rooftop terrace, this hotel would already be a great choice. The comfortable and friendly atmosphere made it extra special and I look forward to staying here again next time.

Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and I liked that it was within walking distance of the tourist areas. I took off a couple stars because the beds are like slabs of stone, very uncomfortable.
