This is my second time using this Hotel in Kyoto and it was perfect again. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have the shipping slips ready for your luggage to be shipped out. And it’s only a 10min walk from Shijõ Station.

This hotel was so amazing!! We got a room with four beds. They gave us robes, slippers, and toiletries. It was fancy, very comfortable, and very very nice. I would love to stay there again!

The hotel was good overall and had a convenient location. The room size was actually quite good for Japan, which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself felt a bit old and could use some renovation. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t controllable—although they informed us about this from the beginning and even provided a fan at check-in, which helped. Cleanliness was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
