Traditional tatami room was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed sleeping on the futon and relaxing in the onsen. Very handy to Kyoto station. Unfortunately power sockets did not work to charge my electronics. Check-in was too late and check-out was too early.

We loved everything, the building, location, the hot spring, the bedroom, it was no nice and clean, the staff was wonderful. Overall everything was excellent. If we come back definitely we’ll stay at this hotel.

The staff was courteous even when I kept leaving the entry cards in the room. It is located at a neuralgic spot, perfect for the seasoned traveler. The restaurant has great options and it was very convenient. I like convenience, and this hotel was that and more.

To notch. The breakfast was worth the extra cost. I had the entire springs to myself the entire time I was there. The Karaoke room was fun. I only wish they would allow me to buy the hanten!!!

Love the onsen and cleanliness!

It was definitely good, I gave a 4 star just because there was no gym and nearby gym. Overall the hotel is so good, spacious and really loved the onsen!

Wonderful hotel!

Staff is amazing and hotel is located next to Kyoto Station so it is easy to get to if on foot with luggage. The onsen is great and there are laundry facilities as well. breakfast was a delicious authentic Japanese breakfast! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel is in a great location and has a hot spring bath. Some rooms even come with a private onsen. All the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, and the toilet is separate from the shower. Getting around is easy since the hotel is close to Kyoto’s main bus terminal, train stations and many popular tourist spots. Lots of convenient stores and very close to shopping areas.

This property is conviently close to Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower which made it perfect for moving around Kyoto and taking Shinkansens to other cities. Its in a relatively quiet area near the train station but also has plenty of foot traffic near it which helped us feel safe and comfortable waling to the hotel at any hour. We also loved the delicious restaurants that were nearby that really made this stay a highlight if our trip!
