We stayed with our two teenagers and had plenty of room to spread out. Room was comfortable and very clean. Close to the train and walkable to Nishiki Market and Nijo-Jo Castle. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Kyoto!

The room was super spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 for 6 nights. Although it is not right in the centre of the action, it is in a great location with good food and konbini near by. About 20 minutes to the downtown area and less than 10 minutes to the subway station.

Very neat and accommodating staff. Everything was clean and its in the middle of Kyoto so if you want to be a turist, its easy to get to and nijo Castle is close by! Atmosphere and everything was very good at this place, would have liked to stay longer just cause how good it was
