Very good locatd hotel by Kyoto station where you can get to all attraction and touristic sites. staff very helpful and the breakfast is gorgeous. If you staying at this property,make sure to use the public bath and enjoy the facility. Will stay again if visiting Kyoto another time.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Kyoto train station. Very clean room and pleasant to stay. When you first step into the room after checking in, the TV screen shows the guest name that you are welcome to stay at their hotel, in Japanese and English, such a nice personalized welcoming atmosphere. The hotel size is just about right, not as crowded and chaotic as some larger hotels. I added breakfast to the booking, and the food was excellent, better or even much better than that of a couple of other hotels that I stayed during this trip. Hotel staff make you feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

Unusually large room for Japanese hotel, appreciated spa bath after long hot day. Locker system for luggage storage is secure and efficient (better than stacked out in open lobby). Didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice. Spacious lounge and lobby. So convenient across from Kyoto station. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.
