We had a last minute travel plan changes and decided to book our 4 night stay here. Honestly it was the best decision we made! Had a lovely stay and I can't speak highly enough of the hospitality we received. The breakfast offering was incredible as well.

My friends and I resided in this hotel for one night. We truly enjoyed our stay; the staff was helpful and the room was clean, along with the bathroom. However, there was no AC unit in the room which made it very warm. Besides this, would recommend to future travelers!

The staff are soo nice and helpful and happy to be there. Room is clean. Room,bathroom lighting was good. Charging ports were well placed for example near the bed. Location is good, there’s a metro station close by.

Staff was excellent and so helpful, the breakfast was good only ate there once and thought it was nice. The only thing is that the eco clean is not for everyone, I had a hard time with it because used mugs remained in my room for days, and I have been in other hotels that don’t change the sheets every day, but those other places at least cleaned the room a little every day. But over all I had a good and pleasant stay.

It was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. I love the free shuttle! I would love to use this again when I visit kyoto. The breakfast is decent. I wish they prepare cooked veggies next time.
