Our stay was excellent the hotel is conveniently located, clean and the staff were super kind. Wanted to call out Ai who helped us during our stay she helped us call for headspa appointments as foreigners this was hard for us to do as well as helped us weigh our luggage so we knew how much we could buy 😆

It was a really nice stay. We booked a 3 bed room. Very comfortable and large bed. Central location. Many coffee and restaurant around. The staff was very friendly. All perfect.

The room was very good for traveling with basic necessities and accommodating for two people. The room was compact but manageable and spacious for traveling with minimal luggage. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is the close to many locations in Kyoto and transportation hubs. In addition, the amenities in the facility (laundry, breakfast and vending machines) were a nice perk and useful mid trip.

Good, new hotel. Great services by staffs. Room was a bit small but that’s ok. There’s a 7mins walk to central. Would have preferred it’s closer to central but overall the hotel was good to stay.

The room smelled so bad as soon as we walked through the door. It smelled like body odor, we had 3 reservations and all rooms smelled super bad. We had to spray our perfumes and leave the Ac running while we left to try and mask the smell but it was so potent it never left. The room was put together and I hope the sheets were cleaned, they look clean. The breakfast was not great, very limited options and I don’t think the price is worth it. The personnel were great, very friendly and accommodating. I’m sorry, but I will not be returning to this hotel, we just could not get past the smell and we did not even want to be in our room, because it was so bad. I do not recommend staying here unless you are on a budget, but even then the torture of being inside these rooms its not worth saving a couple dollars. The hotel owner should do something about it.

Very basic business hotel

It is a very basic service business hotel. I was informed by the hotel staff that I couldn’t reserve a taxi ahead of time to airports. I will stay near the airport or the train station next time

最喜歡廁所有乾濕分離的部分，浴室空間非常大，浴缸可以躺着泡。地點有點尷尬，四條站走過去大概7-8分鐘、到附近的錦市場/京極商店街則是大概13-15分鐘。在外面玩完一整天想去逛街就會走得有點累。不過附近有很多巴士能直接到達景點（清水寺、嵐山等等），也有不少便利店和餐廳。推薦給沒有小孩隨行的各位！
