This place is convenient to Kyoto Station, and has nice King Beds...they also have a public bath on the 2nd floor. But, to be honest, the front desk staff is a little strict/rude in their operations. Price was fair, but they also wanted to charge extra if you don't checkout by 10:00 am.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location course to Kyoto Station. It offers a variety of eateries around the area. Bedding was comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for suitcases. The laundry facility is accessible and reasonable. Most hotels offer complimentary water each day during your stay. This hotel only offered water on your first day. Overall, a great hotel located in a prime spot for touring Kyoto.
