"The place is fantastic, we loved the restaurant and bar from the hotel. The customer service was incredible staff alwyas wanting to help us with everything. This place is near Kata beach about 20 minutes walk lots of restaurants and bars. We've never been so relaxed on a holiday before.
The breakfast is amazing, the cooking class is a must as well. We want to come back to this hotel as soon as possible.

"Check-in was fast, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful surroundings and an amazing beachfront. There are many restaurant options, and the pools are excellent. The adults-only pools are a great improvement and make the stay more relaxing.
Things that could be improved:
Room cleaning was not always done at a convenient time, and sometimes only in the afternoon.

"Return customers, this hotel is the only place i will stay in Karon. The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel manager Mr Sun is one in a million, talks and laughs with the guests, he will get you a coffee. My wife became ill and without hesitation Mr Sun transported us some 20km to hospital and waited with us until were being looked after..you will not be disappointed staying here with Mr Sun and his amazing team"
