This hotel is becoming very tired it needs work and some new bedding the bed was not comfortable although we had a ocean view room the view and balcony was really all it had going for it not what we expected in terms of a luxuary hotel
I was left with half used shampoo and conditioner and when I asked for more they declined had to pay$4,000 baht security deposit for 1 night which I thought was a bit steep as we had stayed at other 5 star resorts for longer and only paid half of that
